When my DS was under two, he would sometimes get really red on his bottom. A&D alone was working so my Dr. told me to mix equal parts of cornstarch, A&D, and vasoline. I just made a tiny amount but it cleared right up. Or you could just google Recipes for diaper cream. Good luck:)
I do equal parts cornstarch and olive oil to form a paste. I only this on very bad rashes. It sits for a few days. Good luck!
